High School Principal

Position Overview
The Principal serves as both the instructional leader and the primary curator of school culture and climate for the entire building. The Principal must also lead and manage change effectively, as well as produce results in a high-stakes environment. In collaboration with the Chief of Schools, the Principal will work to evaluate the effectiveness of the school’s current academic, behavioral, special education, social-emotional, and post-secondary programs.
