The primary focus of this role is to provide leadership for emerging opportunities and strategic initiatives that further the mission of the school while ensuring the health, equitable practices, and sustainability of the organization. The Executive Director serves as the chief spokesperson for the organization and ensures proper dialogue and representation among internal and external stakeholders.

Elementary Teacher/Guide

Baltimore Montessori Public Charter School (BMPCS) is located in the heart of Baltimore City’s historic Greenmount West community. Propelled by the belief that all children deserve access to a high-quality Montessori education regardless of income status, and inspired by the growing number of public Montessori schools around the country, Baltimore Montessori was founded in 2008. Today, we serve a diverse and vibrant community of 560 students in PreK(3’s) through 8th grade.
