The Children’s Guild DC Public Charter School is seeking a patient, dedicated compassionate, and self-motivated Therapeutic Behavioral Aide (TBA) to provide one-on-one classroom support to students with emotional and behavioral challenges. This support could be physical, emotional, and/or mental. Under the Principal’s leadership, the TBA will serve as part of a team of educators and senior staff members. This position can be tough but very rewarding. Associate degree
Successfully passing ParaPro Assessment is a plus!
