Operations Regional Director-TN
The Regional Director of Operations reports directly to the Principal and will oversee a team of hourly Operations Specialists. As the leader of operations, he or she is responsible for the physical space at their campus including arrival and dismissal. The Director of Operations will manage “business” decisions such as logistics and compliance. It will also include behavior management, culture-setting, and behavior management coaching. This operational leadership position is integral because it maintains consistent culture across spaces, keeps students safe, and promotes instructional staff to focus on teaching and learning.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

Complete the talent recruitment cycle through hiring and evaluating your team of hourly operational specialists.
Support Operations Specialists through professional development and coaching on behavioral management techniques.
Act as a supportive partner on the leadership team and the national Business Operations Manager team.
Engage with parents on operational topics.
Provide financial support for your campus through budgets, cash collection, and invoice approval.
Maintain school safety processes and compliance.
Handle procurement and purchasing for the site.
Serve as on-site IT contact.
Manage the physical space of the building and all facility needs.
Manage food service operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
At least 5 years of school-based experience
Managerial experience preferred.
Manage multiple critical deadlines.
Agile to changing school needs.
Able to be detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
Adept at communicating respectfully and empathetically with student’s families.
Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
