The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that LAMB’s operations from organizational financial planning to school-based food service delivery best serve the needs of our students and staff. The COO will oversee a team of operational staff who will help ensure that LAMB is able to successfully build and maintain operational systems and processes. The COO is a senior leader of school, consistently providing counsel to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the COO works closely with the chairs of the Facilities, Audit and Finance committees of the Board of Directors on strategic planning including finances matters. The COO serves on the administrative team, and leads the activities of the operations, to include direct reports and contractors.
