The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) upholds the school’s mission statement and manages the financial resources of the school on a day-to-day basis, to include coordinating budgeting, accounting, auditing, payroll, employee benefits, cash management, and property inventory. The CFO is responsible for managing the school resources in an effective and efficient manner, with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization. The CFO is a senior leader of school, consistently providing counsel to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.
Reporting to the Executive Director of LAMB, the CFO works closely with the chairs of the Finance, Audit, and Facilities committees of the Board of Directors on budget and financial matters. The CFO serves on the administrative team, and leads activities and personnel related to the business office, to include direct reports and contractors.
