Pathways In Education is a small non-profit charter school in Phoenix dedicated to serving the local community and supporting at-risk and underserved students. Pathways considers the unique needs of every student, allowing access to small group classes, guided independent study, online courses, and experiential learning, to address each student's individual strengths and needs.

Pathways In Education is looking for a Teacher with an AZ credential in a core subject 9-12 to work at their Phoenix center. The Teacher will have the following responsibilities:
Job Duties:
Instruct students using various teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and other materials.
Prepare an outline for courses of study, following curriculum guidelines and state and school requirements Communicate with parents regarding individual student progress and conduct.
Keep attendance records and maintain student files and transcripts.
Meet with students and parents to discuss student progress and challenges.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
BA or BS Degree
AZ High School Credential or in the process of receiving one
