Description

We are looking for an Instructional Coach for the 2014-2015 school year for our campus in Phoenix,

Arizona: the Academy of Math and Science Phoenix. We are a group of highly successful college prep

charter schools in Arizona who have achieved some of the highest results in the state in the past 13

years.

We want a motivational, charismatic, and knowledgeable coach who:

• Believes that with the right group of people, every student can succeed

• Is ready to bring their unique skills, knowledge, and expertise to an already successful

• Has demonstrated success as a teacher

• Has strong organizational and communication skills

• Salary range of $40-60k

The following items are a plus, but not required:

• Be experienced with superior field tested programs and methods such as Direct Instruction,

Success for All, Structured Cooperative Learning, Core Knowledge, Expeditionary Learning,

the Morningside Generative Model of Instruction, and possess applicable knowledge in

Instructional Design and highly interactive or innovative instructional methods requiring

active responses.
